The 126th Annual Bolton Fair

September 25th thru 28th 2008

    Projects:

Schartner/Nicewicz Trail - A roughly 2 mile section of trail which comprises of two sections: Section 1 runs north from West Berlin road to the Fyfeshire conservation area. This section of trail has been cleared and is awaiting a bridge to be installed over a stream on the Nicewicz property. A second section of trail will run from West Berlin road to Sawyer road. Additional administration oversite is required to complete this section.

Hanson/Bundy/Vaughn Hill Trail - Modifications to the trail on the Hanson conservation area will include 300 yards of new trail from the main access trail to a new bridge that crosses the outflow stream of the beaver dam. This will provide an alternate route around the beaver dam. Also included in this project is the relocation of the western trail around the beaver pond to higher point.

Laural Road Trail - A new trailhead at the end of Laural Rd. to link to the Bolton Loop Trail. Also to be installed is a critical link trail to complete the Loop Trail from Lancaster to East End Road.
